We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course enrollment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have not received a certificate of completion
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

2.2 Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have already received a certificate of completion
  • The course was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer with specific refund terms
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is made after the course has been permanently removed from our platform

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of your refund request:

  • Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
  • Your enrollment will be removed from your account
  • Any progress or certificates associated with the course will be voided
  • You will not be able to re-enroll in the same course without purchasing again

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or course credit at our discretion.

6.2 Course Cancellation

If we cancel a course before it begins or remove it from our platform, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to another course of equal value.

6.3 Promotional Offers

Courses purchased as part of promotional offers, bundles, or special discounts may have different refund terms. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of following our refund process, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Deny future course enrollments
  • Pursue collection of any fees associated with the chargeback
